01 / CONTEXT

The problem

Users need to classify support requests, enter required details, and attach files. Form maintainers need to configure fields, preview templates, and manage drafts and published versions within the same internal support workflow.

02 / IMPLEMENTATION

My contribution

01

Ticket creation

Built page interfaces, business logic, and workflows for request classification, ticket forms, local validation, and file attachments.

02

Dynamic forms

Built configurable forms with multiple field types, required-field validation, and template previews. Implemented template drafting, publication, and version management.

03

Data integration

Integrated SharePoint data through service and repository layers, separating interface state from business logic.

A simplified responsibility diagram for the internship modules.

An implementation decision

Keep form state and validation close to the interface, coordinate ticket and template workflows in application logic, and access SharePoint through services and repositories. This gives interface behavior and data integration separate responsibilities.

05 / REFLECTION

Outcome & boundaries

What shipped

The ticket creation and dynamic form modules are used internally. I implemented their interfaces, business logic, validation, template workflows, and SharePoint integration.

What this project does not claim

This case study uses recreated interfaces and sample data. Internal source code, real requests, and private system details are not published. No unmeasured efficiency or scale claims are made.
